Made for practising, not just for looking

Frequently asked questions

What is in the free version?

Every exercise for the head, in every system: the skull, the muscles of the head, the cranial nerves and the blood vessels and organs of the head and neck, with their parts. Unlimited, with your history and your weak points. You can explore every system; you just do not see the parts of structures outside the head.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic includes every system, every region and every type of exercise. Pro also includes all parts of structures: the named parts of bones and muscles, such as the caput femoris or the caput longum of the triceps, coloured on the model. Moving from Basic to Pro costs €10.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once: €29.99 for Basic or €39.99 for Pro. Your licence has no end date and never renews automatically.

Are updates included?

Yes, every update and improvement to version 4. A new major version (5.0) with completely new features costs €9.99 for existing licence holders. If you do not buy it, you stay on version 4 and bug fixes remain free.

How do I get my licence?

After payment, you receive a licence code at the email address you give when you buy. You enter that code in the app, under Instellingen › Licentie (Settings › Licence), and activate it online once. It works in a profile with the same email address, so use your profile’s address when you buy.

On how many computers can I use my licence?

On 2 devices at the same time, for example your laptop and the computer at home. New computer? Release an old device in the app under Instellingen › Licentie (Settings › Licence) and activate the new one.

Which computers does Anatomino run on?

Anatomino runs on Windows and on macOS, on a Mac with Apple silicon or with an Intel processor. On a Mac, macOS asks for confirmation the first time you open the app: choose Open Anyway in System Settings › Privacy & Security.

What language is the app in?

The app is in Dutch: the interface, the hints and the descriptions. The anatomical terms are Latin, as in your course and atlas. Other languages are not available yet.

Do I need an internet connection?

Not to practise: everything runs on your own computer. You activate a licence online once. After that, the app confirms it automatically whenever you are online; this has to succeed at least every 90 days. If it does not, the free version works until you are online again.

Who processes my payment?

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles the payment, the invoice and VAT. You pay with one of the methods Paddle offers in your country.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason. Read the refund policy or email [to be completed: email address]. [assumption, to be confirmed]
